How did it all start?
The founder P-O Wikman has more than 27+ years in operations in senior positions and 15 years in executive roles before he started the business consulting agency Xp Mgmt Consulting Group AB in the fall of 2022.
He started it because he wants to make a difference and support companies and businesses with knowledge and find GAP’s and take the next step for a business. With that written, we understand the customer’s needs and can read in and be proactive to find the right match, but we may find other synergies and solutions. The important thing is that you as a customer feel that you have a “speaking partner”.
XP MGMT has e.g. led successful implementations of Operational Excellence several times, carried out successful turn around’s and scaled up including driving changes management in the company culture and organisation transformation etc.
Through his strategic leadership, which we have chosen to call “WORLD CLASS LEADER”π, he has contributed to creating a strong and sustainable corporate culture that will promote efficiency and innovation. Our work will result in improved operational processes, increased productivity and a more engaged team & managers.

Per-Olof Wikman
CEO & Founder
*Per-Olof has establish the first manufacturing site in Europe from within Li-Ion (BESS). Incl ERP system, warehouse, and the operations organization. (Increase the turn over from 70 to 200 Msek during his time).
* He has also lead the industry 4.0 project (enterprise) in Sweden incl SAP(ERP implementation),resource & PMO portfolio owner.
*When he was VP for the Industrial division (at Solar A/S) he implement strategies and product portfolios on the web sites for Solar and integrate 6 countries incl establish one smaller sales office in Germany.(Increase the turn around from 3 billion to 3,4 billion during his time.)
*Has also been responsible to move production and install capacity incl machine equipment and facilities,organization from one site to another.
* He has lead management team global (Europe) and local Sweden.
*Per-Olof was part of startup manufacturing in China and US at his time at SKF and also support factories in the cluster in Europe.
*He has also lead operational excellence implementations incl company culture, operating model several times successful.
* Per-Olof has lead as execute large CAPEX investments from 50-500 Msek.
*He has lead the a global team for the digital transformation, PLM systems (Siemens – Team center) @ GKN aerospace global.
