Hire a consultant — here’s how it works
It all starts with creating a requirements profile. We go through the background to the need, ask you to describe the organization and its culture, and specify the consultant’s duties and responsibilities. We also discuss requirements and wishes regarding the candidates’ background, education, skills and characteristics. The next step is to formulate an advertisement. Before the end of the day, we have sent out the request to our consulting network and spread it on social media. Shortly thereafter, one of our researchers begins mapping and searching for candidates to supplement the selection from our own channels.
We have daily contact with a large number of consultants and interview those who best match the assignment profile in order to be able to present the most qualified candidates. You will have the opportunity to meet these candidates and invite them to an interview with you. For the consultants who are current for the assignment, we take references and do a background check. Soon you will have a consultant on site, and we will then make ongoing follow-ups both with you as a customer and with the consultant.

- Candidates who match the role specification undergo a structured interview process based on behavioral interviewing techniques, such as the STAR method, to assess their competencies and experience.
- We focus on identifying proven achievements, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit.
Step 4: Assessment Tools
- We conduct in-depth candidate assessments using psychometric tests and job-related case studies.
- Examples of tools we use include Hogan Assessments, TalentQ, and OPQ32.

Step 5: Reference Checks
